Step 1:
Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until transparent.
Step 2:
Add the liver cut into small pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Add salt, pepper, put in serving pots.
Step 4:
Add water and flour to the sour cream. Mix it up. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 5:
Pour sour cream sauce over the liver and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Step 6:
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-25 minutes until golden brown. When serving, sprinkle with green onions.
