Step 1:
Washed and cleaned the vegetables for the dish.
Step 2:
Cut the meat, but not finely, to preserve the taste.
Step 3:

Step 4:
Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the skin and cut into cubes.

Cut carrot and add it to meat, cook until soft.
Step 8:
Add a glass of water, cover with a lid and simmer for 35 minutes.
Step 9:
Chop the cabbage finely.
Step 10:
Chop garlic, herbs and pickles.
Step 11:
Add tomatoes and cucumbers to the stew.
Step 12:
Let the added vegetables boil, immediately put the cabbage to sleep and pour in a glass of brine. Simmer for 30 minutes with the lid closed at a reduced temperature.
Step 13:
Put garlic, dill, salt, pepper to sleep. Stir and let it brew for 7 minutes with the stove turned off.
Step 14:
