Step 1:
Measure out the ingredients.
Step 2:
Wash the plums, cut in half, remove the bones. Cut each half in half.
Step 3:
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Step 4:
Wash, dry and finely chop the parsley.
Step 5:
Cut chicken meat into medium pieces.
Step 6:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on it for about 2 minutes.
Step 7:
Add the chicken, stir and fry together for another 10 minutes.
Step 8:
Add plums, parsley, salt and pepper to the meat. Mix everything well and simmer under the lid for another 15 minutes.
