Lazy "Monastery Hut" Crepe Cake (Flourless)

A lighter take on the classic "Monastery Hut" cake, made from thin flourless crepes. You can fill it with any berries you like. The crepes come out very tender, tasty, and pliable, and they don't tear. Incredibly delicious and simple!
