Step 1:

Knead a soft elastic dough.

Step 5:
Roll out each part into a circle with a diameter of 20-22 cm.
Step 6:

Step 7:
Bake the cakes in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side, the fire is moderate.
Step 8:
CREAM: beat sour cream with sugar.
Step 9:
Smear the cakes with the resulting cream.
Step 10:
Put the cream on the sides and top of the cake. Smooth it out.
Step 11:
DECORATION: Crumble cookies and decorate the cake.
Step 12:
