Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 h 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Sweet sushi rolls are a slightly different approach. After all, here you can turn on your imagination and please yourself and your loved ones. I decided to cook a pancake version. Therefore, first I kneaded the dough from the ingredients specified in the recipe. The usual pancake batter.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Then, turning on the stove, greased the pan with oil and fried pancakes. Do not be afraid to pour more dough into the pan, then the spread on the pancake will not leak (as it happened with me, because I baked thin pancakes).

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pancakes should be elastic and not thin. I got a stack like this.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

I put the pancake on a bamboo mat. I decided to use condensed milk as a spread. Pouring a spoon on a pancake, I smeared it with a spatula so that it spread evenly over the entire surface.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Large nuts will tear the pancake, so I decided to take sesame. You can also take more of it than I wrote in the recipe.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Peel the washed banana. Let's try to level it so that it doesn't break. Or cut off the tips – as it is more convenient. Put a banana on a pancake.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

And let's start rolling up the roll. We will take hold of the leading edge and, helping with a mat, we will turn. It remains to send this beauty to the refrigerator for a couple of 1-2 hours. If you are in a hurry, you can put it in the freezer - literally for half an hour.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Cut with a sharp knife into pieces, as usual on rolls. We flavor it with our favorite sauces, berries, in a word, whatever you like best. It will be very tasty.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

After rolling out a sesame roll before slicing, we get such cute sushi!

And more tips

Specially cooking pancakes for rolls is a thankless task. Therefore, you can combine baking pancakes and making rolls. And if you make a roll not only for yourself, but also for the whole company or at home, just increase the number of ingredients.

If you cook only for yourself, reduce the number of pancakes and bananas. After all, as you know, it is better not to risk eating a large number of bananas.

You can grease a pancake not only with condensed milk, like mine, and sprinkle not only with sesame seeds. It can be cottage cheese, melted chocolate, almonds, etc.

In the company of a banana, you can add berries, fruits and all sorts of goodies.
Instead of a pancake, they take rice paper.

Do not forget to send this beauty to the refrigerator for a couple of hours after folding the roll.

As for the cooking time specified in the recipe, it is given taking into account cooling, too.
