Cooking method
Kfc has long conquered the world with its goodies. Everything would be fine, but they are not cheap. And besides that, every housewife at least once in her life had the idea to cook her favorite dish on her own. This is what this recipe is for. With its help, you can cook spicy and fragrant chicken bytes and enjoy them to your heart's content without leaving home. A nice bonus - it's not expensive at all! You need to buy chicken fillet from a trusted manufacturer, it must be fresh and in no case frozen. Very often frozen meat is spoiled or not fresh.
1. Pour the milk into a bowl, break the chicken egg here. Pour half a portion of ground paprika and salt to taste. Beat the mass with a hand whisk.
2. In the resulting mass, pour part of the flour (about 100 grams), continue to beat. The consistency of the mass resembles sour cream, there should be no lumps in it.
3. Chicken fillet is washed under running water, then cut into pieces. We put these very pieces in a bowl with the prepared sauce, mix. Leave for two hours in a cold place.
4. In a dense cellophane bag, pour the remaining spices and flour, shake the bag so that the dry ingredients are mixed.
5. And now, in small batches, we put the chicken pieces into the resulting mixture and shake vigorously.
6. In parallel with this process, we pour vegetable oil into a saucepan and send it to the fire. When the oil warms up, we put the panicked chicken pieces in it.
7. Thus, we breaded and fried the bytes in batches, extracting the golden pieces with a slotted spoon.
That's it. You can start tasting. Do not forget about the sauce - there is nowhere without it!
Bon appetit!
