Step 1:
Mix flour, water, salt and knead a homogeneous dough. Cover it with a hot bowl and leave it for half an hour.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion, garlic and herbs. Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater. Fry the onion in preheated vegetable oil, add the pumpkin to it. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and immediately put them to the pumpkin. When the filling is almost ready, add salt, add herbs and garlic and warm up until tender.
Step 3:
Divide the dough into parts, roll up, brush with oil and leave for another 10 minutes.
Step 4:
Roll out three tortillas 3-4 mm thick and stack them on top of each other, oiling.
Step 5:
After 10 minutes, take the first cake and stretch it to a transparent state.
Step 6:
Spread a third of the minced meat evenly
Step 7:
And roll the roll. Do the same with the other two tortillas.
Step 8:
Put the rolls in a greased form and smear with a loosened egg or sour cream.
Step 9:
Bake at 200° for about 25 minutes.
