Cooking method

Step 1:
Cut the cabbage, onion, and carrot into thin strips.

Scrunch the cabbage with a little salt to soften it.

Add it to a heated skillet along with the tomato paste and braise until half-cooked.

Sauté the onion with the carrot,

...and add them to the cabbage.

then add water and salt, stir everything together, and bring to a boil.
