Step-by-step cooking
For the filling, I cut onions and grate carrots.
Fry until soft.
I lay the minced meat and fry everything together, kneading the lumps well, for another 10 minutes.
At the end I season with salt, ground pepper. Mixing it up.
I set aside the filling to cool down a little, but in the meantime I'll cook the potato dough.
Previously, I boiled potatoes in a uniform, cooled and peeled.
Rub it on a coarse grater.
Add egg, salt and pepper.
Add the pre-sifted flour and knead the potato dough.
Forming pies.
I pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, warm it up well.
I spread the pies seam down and fry until browning on both sides.
