Step 1:
Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, in which we will mix everything
Step 2:
Onion and garlic cut into small pieces
Step 3:
Wash the dill and cut off the thick bylki, they will not be useful to us
Step 4:
Onion, garlic and dill are ground in a blender or scrolled with minced meat through a meat grinder. Add salt and pepper
Step 5:
Mix everything thoroughly, adding egg white, and send it to the cold for an hour so that the products make friends with each other
Step 6:
After an hour, we take out the minced meat and mold the cutlets-balls with wet hands. And put it on a frying pan heated with oil. Fry first on high heat until golden brown, and then bring it under the lid on low heat
