Cooking method
1. Break the egg into a bowl, pour sugar, beat with a mixer until the sugar crystals completely dissolve.
2. The cottage cheese is pre-rubbed through a sieve and injected into the egg mass, stirred.
3. Then sift the flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar and cinnamon, add a pinch of salt, knead a fluffy elastic dough.
4. Immediately divide the dough into 20-22 pieces, roll them into balls.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan of small diameter, send it to the fire. When the oil is sufficiently heated, we lower the balls into it in small portions and fry over medium heat.
6. Spread the donuts on a paper towel, let the excess fat go away, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
