Cooking method
1. The waves are sorted, washed and soaked in water for a couple of hours, with the addition of salt. Then rinse through a colander.
2. Fry the finely chopped onion and chopped garlic in a heated frying pan, as the onion turns brown, add the waves, cook for 10 minutes.
3. Separately fry the chopped chicken fillet.
Mix all the ingredients.
4. Melt a piece of butter and fry the flour on it, pour in the broth and milk, stir all the lumps. We spread the finished filling, salt, pepper and cook for another five minutes. Let the filling cool down.
5. Thomas for baking is lubricated with vegetable oil. Roll out the dough and put it into the mold. We distribute the filling evenly and cover the pie with the second part of the rolled puff pastry. Lubricate with yolk and put in a hot oven for half an hour.
