Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut the liver into portions and chop it off like chops. Then cut into long strips. If you have chicken liver, then you should not beat it off.
Step 2:
Sprinkle the liver with starch, paprika, salt, squeeze out garlic and add vegetable oil. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Mix soy sauce, honey and tomato paste.
Step 4:
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 5:
When the liver is marinated, fry it on all sides in vegetable oil.
Step 6:
Then add the onion.
Step 7:
Pour the resulting mass with boiling water and mix.
Step 8:
Pour the sauce over the liver and simmer for 7-10 minutes under a closed lid. Serve with your favorite side dish.
