Cooking method

Step 1:
Cut the liver into serving-sized pieces and pound them flat like cutlets, then slice into long strips. If you're using chicken liver, there's no need to pound it.

Step 2:
Sprinkle the liver with the starch, paprika, and salt, press in the garlic, and add the vegetable oil. Stir and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Stir together the soy sauce, honey, and tomato paste.

Cut the onion into half-rings.

Step 5:
Once the liver has marinated, fry it on all sides in vegetable oil.

Then add the onion.

Pour the boiling water over the mixture and stir.

Pour the sauce over the liver and simmer, covered, for 7-10 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
