Vegan Chocolate Coffee Cake
A chocolate cake made from simple ingredients — no eggs, milk, or butter! It comes together quickly and easily, and tastes wonderful. We recommend soaking the cake in sugar syrup or spreading it with a sour cream frosting; it's delicious with tea or coffee!
