Cooking method
1. Peel the onion and garlic, finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until the onion is soft.
2. Pour wine into a frying pan, evaporate for 4 minutes.
3. Then we spread the squid rings, let them warm up for one or two minutes and pour the cream.
4. Cook the squid for 4-5 minutes, add salt and pepper.
You can serve it with your favorite side dish, I really like it with pasta!
