Pancakes are very easy to cook:
- break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and soda, rub the mass with a tablespoon;
- add the fermented baked milk, stir, leave for 5 minutes;
- pour boiling water into the mass, mix quickly;
- sift the flour, add salt, mix the dough until smooth, so that there are no lumps;
- pour vegetable oil into the dough, mix again, send the bowl to the refrigerator for 30 minutes;
- pour the dough into a preheated frying pan with a ladle, fry until lightly browned on both sides;
- serve pancakes warm, adding your favorite jam, honey or condensed milk, in any case it will be delicious!
