Cooking method
1. Pollock must be washed, cleaned and cut into pieces. We put the fish in a dish and add dry spices and a little salt, leave to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. We prepare the dough for the batter, for this we mix all the ingredients.
3. In a plate with liquid dough, dip the pieces of fish and fry in a frying pan. As soon as it is fried on one side, turn it over to the other.
Serve sprinkled with lemon juice and vegetables.
