Cooking method
1. We clean the fish from the scales, remove the insides, cut off the head and fins, including the tail fin. My carcass under running water, cut into two parts along the ridge, then cut into portions.
2. Each piece is breaded in flour and fried in vegetable oil from all sides.
3. Peel the onion, cut into half rings. We put all the fried pieces of carp in a frying pan, put onions on top of them, add salt, pepper, dried garlic. Add sour cream and pour hot water, simmer on very low heat for 20 minutes.
We serve stewed carp in hot form
