Cooking method
Let's start cooking:
- we clean the fish from the scales, cut off the head, tail and fins, wash the carcass, cut into pieces;
- pour flour into a flat dish, break the egg into a bowl;
- salt the flour, beat the egg with a fork;
- heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, dip each piece in an egg, then roll in flour and fry on all sides until a beautiful golden crust appears;
- peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry in butter until transparent;
- then pour white wine to the onion and simmer for 2 minutes;
- finely chop the greens.
We serve the dish in this way: we put the fish on the dish, put the stewed onion on top and sprinkle with herbs.
It turned out very nice and appetizing!
Eat well!
