- Let's get cooking:
- scale the fish, cut off the head, tail, and fins, rinse the body, and cut it into pieces;
- put flour in a flat dish and crack the egg into a small bowl;
- salt the flour and beat the egg with a fork;
- heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, dip each piece in the egg, then dredge it in the flour and fry on all sides until a nice golden crust forms;
- peel the onion, cut it into half-rings, and sauté in butter until translucent;
- then pour the white wine over the onion and simmer for 2 minutes;
- finely chop the herbs.
- Plate it up like this: lay the fish on a dish, top with the braised onion, and sprinkle with the herbs.
- It came out so pretty and appetizing!
