Cooking method
1. Pour kefir into a saucepan, heat it on fire (up to 28-30 degrees, no more).
2. Add soda to kefir, stir thoroughly (the reaction will go).
3. Pour salt and sugar, mix, leave for 5 minutes.
4. Then sift the flour into the resulting mass in parts, stirring the dough with a whisk each time, bringing it to the desired consistency (the density of homemade sour cream).
5. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, add to the minced meat, and squeeze the garlic through a press. Salt and pepper the filling, mix thoroughly.
6. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat over medium heat, then spread with a tablespoon of dough, minced meat, dough again (the main thing in all this is speed, do everything without delay).
7. Fry the whites on both sides until a beautiful blush (here we turn down the fire so that the whites do not burn and at the same time are evenly baked inside).
Serve hot on the table.
Bon appetit!
