Chicken in sweet and sour sauce with honey

Cooking method
1. Peel the onion and cut it thinly into half rings.
2. We put a frying pan to warm up and pour a little sunflower oil into it. Lightly fry the onion on it.
3. I wash the chicken fillet and put it on a paper towel so that the excess water would run off. Cut into cubes and send to fry to the onion.
4. Bulgarian pepper and tomatoes are cut into strips and added to the chicken. Lightly fry.
5. Add the remaining ingredients: honey, soy sauce and spices (turmeric and ground pepper are good).
Squeeze out garlic and salt to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
