Step 1:

Add yolks, flour, starch and ground almonds. Next, add the whipped whites in parts. And gently mix.

Take out the dough. We take 3/4 . And roll it out on paper through a film. Into the formation. Approximately the size of 39 by 30.

Now we spread the layer with jam.
Step 9:
Spread the almond dough on top.
Step 10:
Roll out the rest of the dough into a layer and divide into strips. We spread these strips diagonally on top of the dough.Put in the oven preheated to 180gr at 25-30cm.
