Cooking method
1. Pour the yeast into a bowl, add sugar, pour warm water (200 ml) and sift a little flour (about 100 gr).
2. Mix the resulting sourdough and leave it in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, peel the onion, cut into small cubes.
4. In the approaching sourdough, we add the remaining warm water, in which pre-dry spices, sift the remaining portion of flour, knead a homogeneous dough, thicker in consistency than pancakes.
5. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, mix the yolks into the dough together with chopped onions, and whisk the whites into a strong foam with a mixer.
6. When the dough comes up for the second time (after about half an hour), we introduce the whipped whites into it.
7. Spread the dough into a frying pan with a tablespoon and fry the whites in preheated vegetable oil on both sides until an appetizing brown crust.
