Cooking method
For the pastry dough, you need to prepare a sourdough. It is desirable that the products are at room temperature, and the butter is soft.
1. In warm milk, add yeast, sugar 1 tbsp. l. and sifted flour. The dough should be as thick as sour cream. Leave the dough in a warm place and cover with a towel.
2. As bubbles began to appear on the sponge, add the remaining ingredients: eggs, vanilla sugar, butter, salt and sifted flour.
Everything is thoroughly kneaded, the dough should become homogeneous without lumps.
3. We leave it in a bowl on the rise, cover it with a towel and wait. The dough should come up 2 times, after that we begin to form our pies.
4. Roll out a circle of dough and put 1 tsp of jam in the middle and pinch the edges well.
5. Shake off excess flour from the pies and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
