Cooking method
1. In a deep bowl, pour sour milk, pour sugar and break the eggs. Using a whisk, we make the mixture homogeneous.
2. In another bowl (it should also be deep and spacious), sift flour with baking powder and salt, then pour into it a liquid mass based on sour milk.
3. Knead the dough with a whisk (so there will be no lumps), the dough should resemble the consistency of thick sour cream.
4. Melt the butter in the microwave and add the dough.
5. We put the frying pan on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil (you can lubricate it with a silicone brush so as not to pour too much) and pour the dough with a ladle, distributing it along the bottom.
6. Fry on both sides until a beautiful blush.
We stack the finished pancakes and serve them on the table.
