Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1

Get everything you need ready and sift the flour.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2

Pour the kefir into a bowl and add 2 eggs.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3

Add the sugar, a pinch of salt, and the baking soda.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4

Beat with a mixer until smooth, about a minute.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5

Add the flour and mix well. You can add a little vanilla for flavor.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6

Peel the banana and apple and grate them on the coarse side of a grater.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, spoon in the batter a tablespoon at a time, and fry on both sides. If you're using a nonstick pan, just brushing the surface with oil is enough.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9

The fritters turn out soft, airy, and tender.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10

Dust the finished fritters with powdered sugar, pour some tea, and sit down at the table. Serve them with sour cream, jam, honey, condensed milk, or whatever you like.
