Step 1:

Add grated fruits to the dough and mix well. When adding apples and other juicy fruits, the dough may become more liquid. It also liquefies towards the end of cooking. You can always add flour, regardless of the cooking stage.
Step 8:
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the dough with a tablespoon and fry on both sides. If the frying pan is non-stick coated, then simply lubricate the surface.
