Lazy dumplings in a slow cooker

Very interesting dish! It's worth a try! Lazy dumplings - how is it? Until recently, I didn't know this secret either. Now for me such a dish is not a mystery - I tried this recipe, as they say, both along and across))) I advise you, it turns out delicious! And children are especially delighted with such a dish.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

Prepare the dough:

- break the egg into a bowl, pour out the salt, pour out the water, mix;

- sift the flour, knead the dough (the dough should be dense);

- cover the bowl with cling film and let it stand.

Let's do the filling:

- my meat, peel the onion;

- we pass meat with onions through a meat grinder;

- add salt and pepper, mix.

We form the product:

- roll out the dough into a thin rectangular layer, spread the filling in an even layer and roll the dough into a tight roll;

- cut the roll into pieces with a sharp knife (the width of the piece is about 3-4 cm).

We pass the vegetables:

- peel the carrots, three on a grater;

- peel the onion, cut into small cubes;

- put the carrots and onions in the bowl of a slow cooker and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, using the "Frying" mode.

The last stage:

- put the lazy dumplings on the roast in one layer, pour water so that it lightly covers the dumplings;

- select the "Multi-cooker" program, set the temperature to 120 degrees and cook for half an hour. If there is no "Multi-cooker", you can cook on the "Stewing" or "Baking" mode for 20-30 minutes. The main condition is that the dumplings should be stewed, not fried.

It remains to arrange the lazy dumplings on serving plates, decorated with sprigs of parsley and you can serve an appetizing dish on the table.
