1. Peel the carrots, grate coarsely. Peel the onion and cut it into medium-sized cubes.
2. Cut the mushrooms (no need to defrost) into plates.
3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, send it to the fire. Fry onions, carrots and mushrooms in well-heated oil, then add butter and flour, stir.
4. Pour the cream into the pan, add salt, pepper, and mix.
5. After two minutes, put a sea cocktail in the sauce, cook for about 5-6 minutes.
