Cooking method
Just a couple of steps and the pike caviar sandwiches are ready:
- cut bread into triangular pieces;
- fry each billet in a dry frying pan (the pan is hot and absolutely dry, without a drop of oil) on both sides until ruddy;
- let the toast cool down a little and put a little cheese on each piece;
- we put pike caviar next to it;
- we spread the sandwiches on a beautiful dish and decorate with herbs.
