Miracle in a frying pan

A wonderful dish for the whole family! Simple and delicious! In my opinion, a miracle with a potato filling is much tastier than the usual pies. Their dough is soft, thin, tender, and there are a lot of fillings. Try it, I think you will also like it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

Boil potatoes in a uniform.

While the potatoes are cooling, knead the dough. To do this, pour kefir into a bowl, add soda. When the reaction passes, we introduce flour, salt, kneading elastic dough.

Peel the onion, finely chop it, fry it in vegetable oil. Peel the potatoes, grate them. Combine the onion with the potatoes, add salt, pepper, mix.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, roll out each part as thin as possible. We spread the potato filling on a part of the dough, cover it with another part, pinch the edges.

Fry the miracle in a dry frying pan for 4 minutes on each side. While they are still hot, lubricate them with butter.

Bon appetit!
