Chicken breast Nuggets

Meat in cheese-cracker breading! Delicious, you'll lick your fingers! . Nuggets are a familiar dish that has won everyone's sympathy. And for good reason. There are different cooking methods, as well as breading options. I fry nuggets and bake - it always turns out very tasty. And they can also be prepared for the future by sending a part to the freezer (this helps a lot when guests "descended" unexpectedly).

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Chicken fillet, pre-washed and dried, covered with cling film (so as not to damage the fibers), beaten to a thickness of 1 cm.
2. Salt and pepper the fillets on both sides, then cut into cubes about 1-1.5 cm thick.
3. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, put chicken pieces in it and leave it for an hour to marinate the meat.
4. Meanwhile, grind the crackers into fine crumbs (my mom still does it with a rolling pin, and I grind it with a blender).
5. Grate the cheese, mix with the prepared crumbs, add Mediterranean herbs (you can use any other spices), paprika, pepper and salt (if the crackers were not salty), mix.
6. Fillet pieces that have had time to marinate in kefir are rolled from all sides in a breadcrumb mixture and fried in vegetable oil in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Delicious nuggets are ready - and beckon with their appetizing appearance!

Bon appetit!
