Cooking method

3. Combine cottage cheese with herbs, mix.
4. Peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press and add it to the filling.
5. Now it's time to knead the dough. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, pour in water and vegetable oil. Knead a smooth, obedient dough that does not stick to your hands. Let him lie down for 20-30 minutes under a towel.
5. Cut the dough into identical pieces, roll out each piece into a thin layer. Put the filling on one side, cover with the other side and pinch the edges.
6. Fry the kutabs on both sides in a frying pan without adding oil. You can fry not everything, but part of it. Put the remaining kutabs on parchment in a row, cover with parchment, then put them in the second row, wrap with cling film and send them to the freezer. Then, if necessary, you can cook a great dinner at any time.
