Cooking method
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour sugar, rub the mass with a fork or whisk. Pour in vegetable oil, add cottage cheese, salt and baking powder. Mix the resulting mass until smooth, then gradually add flour, knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands, be very soft and elastic, assemble it into a bun and let it lie for half an hour.
Roll out the dough into a layer (about 0.5-1 cm thick). Dip the glass into flour and cut out circles with it, then with a smaller diameter vessel (a glass or a bottle stopper) cut out the middle in the center of each circle.
Pour vegetable oil into a small saucepan with a high side, heat it over medium heat and spread the rolls on a couple of pieces, frying them on both sides.
Put the finished rolls on a paper towel to remove excess fat. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
