Pita bread Cutabs

Cooking method

Cooking time: 35 min

1. Wash the onion and cilantro, dry it, cut it finely.

2. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

3. Combine the greens with cheese, salt, mix.

4. Pita bread (I use round, but you can use any) cut into portions (I got 4 pieces), put the filling in the center (more) and fold.

5. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Golden and fragrant pita bread kutabs are ready!
