  • If you want to cook the tenderloin in as little time as possible, I recommend slicing the meat into thin pieces, about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick. Rub each piece lightly with salt and lay it in a well-heated skillet. Sear the tenderloin on both sides in plenty of vegetable oil, about 5 minutes per side over medium heat. Skip the lid while frying so the crust turns golden and crisp. Transfer the cooked pieces to a paper towel to blot the excess oil. Rice, buckwheat, or mashed potatoes make a great side for this fragrant meat. Enjoy!
