Cooking method
In a deep bowl, mix corn and wheat flour, salt, in a separate container, mix warm water with sunflower oil, mix. If necessary, we also add corn flour in small portions to get a soft dough at the output. Roll it into a bun, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes.
After this time, we divide the dough into 6 equal parts. We put one of the parts of the dough on a plastic film, cover it with polyethylene on top, and roll out the cake into a thin layer about 15 cm in diameter. Very carefully remove the tortilla from the polyethylene "captivity" and fry it in a well-heated dry frying pan without using oil.
In this way we will roll out and fry all the tortillas for 2 minutes on each side.
Fill rosy tortillas with chicken, mushrooms, herbs - everything to your taste.
