  • In a deep bowl, combine the corn flour and wheat flour and add the salt. In a separate container, stir together the warm water and vegetable oil. Mix everything together, adding a little more corn flour in small amounts if needed, until you have a soft dough. Roll it into a ball, cover it with a towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes. When the time is up, divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Place one piece on a sheet of plastic wrap, cover it with a second sheet, and roll it out into a thin round about 6 inches (15 cm) across. Very carefully peel the tortilla off the plastic wrap and cook it in a hot, dry skillet with no oil. Roll out and cook all the tortillas this way, about 2 minutes per side. Fill the golden tortillas with chicken, mushrooms, fresh herbs — whatever you like. Serve your family and enjoy!
