- Make the tortillas: Rub the cold butter into the flour and salt until the mixture looks like crumbs, then pour in the warm water and knead into a dough. Divide the dough into portions based on the size of your skillet: for a 10-inch (25-26 cm) pan, make 7 balls; for a larger pan, make 5. Roll each ball out thin with a rolling pin and cook in a dry skillet with no oil. Fill the tortillas: Spread ketchup over each flatbread, sprinkle with grated hard cheese, then add a lettuce leaf and chicken breast cut into strips. Lay a cucumber, also cut into sticks, right along the edge and roll the tortilla up so the cucumber ends up in the center. Arrange the rolled tortillas on an oiled baking sheet and brush them generously with beaten egg using a pastry brush. Bake at 350°F (180°C) until golden. Serve the wraps cut in half, with a little hot sauce on the side. Enjoy!
