Juicy duck breasts with apples and lingonberries

Cooking method
1. Wash the breast, make notches on the skin with a sharp knife.
2. Fry the meat in a frying pan without adding oil for 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
3. When the breast is browned, cut it into pieces and put it on a dish, and place the apple, previously cut into slices, in a frying pan without draining the fat.
4. Quickly fry until golden brown, at the very end add cranberries.
5. Add apples and lingonberries to the duck breast, beautifully decorated on a platter.
Serve on the table and eat with pleasure!
