Juicy Duck Breast with Apples and Lingonberries

    1. Rinse the duck breast and use a sharp knife to score the skin. 2. Fry the meat in a dry skillet, with no oil, for 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Once the breast is browned, cut it into pieces and arrange it on a plate. Without draining the fat from the pan, add an apple that you've cut into wedges. 4. Fry it quickly until golden, adding the lingonberries right at the end. 5. Spoon the apples and lingonberries over the duck breast, plate it up beautifully, and serve. Dig in and enjoy!
