Cooking method
1. Prepare the filling. Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain the water and cook the mashed potatoes.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in butter until golden.
3. Add the remaining butter and fried onion to the mashed potatoes and mix.
3. Add sugar, salt, egg and butter to the warm milk. I pre-melt the butter.
4. Sift the flour and combine with the prepared mixture. Knead the dough - it should be elastic and soft, it should not stick to your hands. It is important not to score it, do not overdo it with flour!
5. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes, divide it into equal 12 parts.
6. Roll out each piece into a pancake with a diameter of about 14-16 cm
.
7. Fry the tortillas in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes on each side.
8. Allow the finished tortilla to cool slightly. Put the potato filling on one side and cover with the free part.
9. Brush with melted butter.
