Chicken breasts are passed through a meat grinder together with garlic or crushed in a blender.
Step 3:
Three potatoes on a fine grater.
Step 4:
Mix chicken minced meat with potatoes, add proteins, salt and mix.
Step 5:
Add flour, mix well.
Step 6:
Spread the resulting minced meat on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil with a tablespoon. Fry on high heat on both sides.
