Cooking method

Cooking time: 10 min

1. Knead the dough by mixing flour, yeast, water, salt. The dough should be quite dense, but not too steep.
2. Put the dough in a warm place to approach, and at this time wash and cut the tomatoes into thin circles.
3. Grate the cheese.
4. Dilute the tomato paste.
5. The dough has increased by 2 times (this happens quite quickly). Now it needs to be divided into parts. I usually divide into 5-6 parts: if you roll out each piece of dough, you get a round layer the size of a frying pan, in which I actually cook pizza.
6. Preheat the frying pan, reduce the heat to a minimum, pour olive oil.
7. We put a layer of dough in a frying pan, fry on both sides for literally a minute and a half.
8. Now grease the layer with tomato paste and sprinkle with some greens (remember that we will get 5 or even 6 pizzas).
9. Put the tomato slices on top.
10. Sprinkle the future pizza with grated cheese.
11. Keep the pizza on the fire for another 2-3 minutes, after which it can be served immediately to the table.

Bon appetit!
