Cooking method
We start by slicing cucumbers, onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. It is also necessary to chop the greens.
Rapans can be cut into strips or used whole. For the salad, the seafood needs to be fried a little. To do this, pour vegetable oil into the pan and spread the rapan on the already heated plane. According to the time, this procedure should take no more than three minutes, after which the rapans should cool down.
And while they cool down, we combine all the chopped vegetables, olives and leave them in the cold. When our seafood cools down, we put it to the vegetables, add salt, pepper and chopped herbs. All this should be mixed well.
