Cooking method
The recipe is very simple.
1. Heat both types of oil in a frying pan. Chop garlic, hot pepper and celery.
2. In turn, we put the vegetables in a frying pan, fry until golden brown on high heat, if necessary, season and transfer to a deep dish, leaving the oil in the pan. In the final, we sprinkle everything with oregano.
The order is as follows
- string beans, fried for 2-3 minutes, add a little salt
- cauliflower, fried for 3-4 minutes, add a little salt
- baby carrots, or regular, fried for 4-5 minutes, add a little salt
- green peas, fried for 1-2 minutes, half of garlic and hot pepper are added to it
- corn, fried for 1 minute
- celery, add the rest of the garlic and pepper, add salt.
If the oil runs out, add a little. Vegetables can be taken any according to your taste. Serve frozen vegetables cooked in a frying pan, hot.
