Cooking method
1. Put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
2. Peel and chop the garlic.
3. Mix garlic with finely chopped thyme and rosemary.
4. Add salt and pepper, mix again.
5. Pre-washed and dried with paper towels, rub the loin with a fragrant mixture from all sides.
6. Put the meat in a baking dish with the side down where there is more fat, cook it for 30 minutes.
7. Turn the loin over, cook it for another 20 minutes. The loin is good because it is prepared quickly enough.
8. Turn off the oven, take out the mold and let the meat rest for 10 minutes, after which you can serve the loin to the table, cut into portions.
