Cooking method
After preparing and washing the pork, we remove moisture with a paper napkin. Shpiguem loin garlic.
After peeling and slicing onions into rings, we spread them on the bottom of the mold, greased with vegetable oil. Adding spices and salt, put the loin on top of the onion.
Combine the heated honey with mustard and soy sauce.
Closing the foil form, put it in the oven and after half an hour pour the sauce over the meat. Then we repeat this action approximately every twenty minutes.
In order for the meat to bake well, it will take about two hours of heat treatment at a temperature of 180 degrees. In the final (10 minutes before the end of cooking), remove the foil in order to form a crust.
