Step 1:
1. Cut tomatoes into slices. 2. Mash the cheese with a fork, if the cottage cheese is salted, squeeze garlic through a garlic press, add chopped herbs and mix.

3. In water (boiling water), stir sugar and salt, add vegetable oil. Add flour. Knead the soft dough. 4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

5. Roll out half of the dough into a large thin layer.

6. Spread the tomato slices on the dough no closer than 3 cm from each other.
Step 5:
7. Put the filling on the tomato.
Step 6:
8. Roll out the second layer of dough, cover the first one with the filling.
Step 7:
9. With a glass of suitable diameter, cut out the pies along the contours of each tomato circle, so we do with all the pies.
Step 8:
10. Fry the pies in a large amount of hot vegetable oil on both sides. Put on a paper towel to eliminate excess oil.
