After washing the pike under running water, we put it on a cutting board. We cut the belly and carefully extract the insides. It should be very carefully cut and take out the contents of the belly, so as not to pierce the gallbladder.
We separate the liver, wash it, dry it slightly, and then divide it into pieces and roll it in a mixture of salt and freshly ground pepper. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry both sides of the pieces until they are beautifully browned.
Beautifully spread on a plate. It is possible together with pickles, bread and tomato slices. A great snack is ready!
