Potato zrazy with ground meat
Really tasty potato zrazy for lunch or dinner — give them a try. If you've got leftover mashed potatoes in the fridge and some ground meat in the freezer, this is a great dish to make )))
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Make the mashed potatoes. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain off all the water, mash them until smooth, and mix in the egg, salt, and pepper. Gradually add the flour. You may need a little more or less — the potato dough shouldn't stick to your hands too much. Set it aside to cool.
-
Step 2:
Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil until golden.
-
Step 3:
Add the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, and fry until cooked through.
-
Step 4:
Lightly dampen your hands with water or oil and form the patties. Flatten a piece of the potato dough into an oval in your palm, put the filling in the center, and pinch the edges together to seal.
-
Step 5:
Roll each patty in breadcrumbs to coat all over.
-
Step 6:
Fry over medium heat on both sides until golden.
- The potato zrazy are ready. Serve them hot with sour cream. Enjoy!
