Step 1:
Cook the puree. When the potatoes are cooked, drain all the water, whisk until puree, add egg, salt, pepper. Gradually add the flour. Flour can leave more or less, potato dough should not stick to your hands too much. Set aside to cool.
Step 2:
Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3:
Add the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and fry until tender.
Step 4:
Lightly lubricate your hands with water or oil. Form cutlets. Make an oblong tortilla from potatoes on your hand, put the filling in the middle, connect the edges of the tortilla.
Step 5:
Roll the cutlet from all sides in breadcrumbs.
Step 6:
Over medium heat, fry on both sides until golden brown.
Potato zrazy are ready. Serve hot with sour cream.
