Chopped cutlets with onion on turkey fillet with garlic

Cooking method
1. In a deep plate, break the bread with your hands, pour it with milk and knead it with a fork into a homogeneous mass.
2. Chop the turkey fillet finely on a board and put it in a mixing bowl.
3. Finely chop the herbs, garlic, onion and add to the turkey. Onions can be crushed in a blender.
4. Break the egg there and add bread and milk. Salt, pepper, add flour and mix! :)
5. Heat the frying pan with oil. Spoon a handful of minced meat into a frying pan and fry on each side for 4-5 minutes, form a patty right in the pan with a spoon. To prevent the cutlets from falling apart, turn them over with two spatulas or spoons.
